Chief Guest Mrs. Purna Shrestha – Chief Executive of Women and Children Welfare Board of the Government of Nepal spoke: “When I first met Dr. Gautam in a small room under the staircase of his house on a small table that hardly fitted in the room; he was sharing with me his vision and dreams of what he wanted to do particularly with Orphan children and vulnerable women to Human Trafficking and sex slavery in Nepal.

I am amazed to see what 3AN is today; with just one man’s dream, vision and commitment this has grown up to be a model organization in the area of childrens homes, to teach another 60 childrens homes in Kaski district how children are to be taken care of, with the best model of providing children with Mum and Dad, with full protection and the best care. And I would like other childrens homes to adopt this model.

3 AN is indeed a model organization in everything they do; The safe home they operate for rescued women, their Radio broadcast and their school with Holistic education modality. On behalf of the Government of Nepal I commit to fully support 3 Angels Nepal for their commendable service that indeed has helped build this Nation. I also encourage 3 Angels Nepal to take a lead in teaching others by example in the area of fighting against Human Trafficking and Children’s rights. I wish 3 Angels Nepal even greater success and thank Asian Aid and other partners for supporting 3 Angels Nepal in its mission. Your involvement is greatly appreciated.”
